The way of presenting all kinds of desserts has completely changed: it has to be visually attractive though this does not imply that we should invest heavily on expensive dishes or trays.

Something like that did Lindy: she used old frames to present her desserts, just giving it a coat of spray paint and textured paper placed between the frame and glass. Without any complications!
